Belt clip – The belt clip slides on and remains still, it does not swivel. The badge reel will slide onto a belt or pocket.

Alligator clip – The alligator clip badge reel will open and close like a claw. This badge reel holder will swivel. This reel can easily be clipped onto scrubs at the neckline or a pocket. It will swivel 360 degrees.
